Job summary

Intel Corporation in Ireland, Leixlip, seeks a visionary senior architect to shape the architecture of next‑generation networking silicon for AI, cloud and HPC. Define how distributed systems move data efficiently, reliably, and at scale, driving RDMA transports, congestion management, and reliability mechanisms.

You will work across silicon, firmware, software, and system architecture to deliver scalable datacenter fabrics and collaborate with industry ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 12+ years with a bachelor's, 8+ years with a master's, or 6+ years with a PhD in networking, distributed systems, datacenter infra, silicon development or related domains.
• Deep expertise in silicon development process, silicon architecture and micro-architecture. Knowledge of networking and transport protocol architecture or RDMA is highly beneficial.
