Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Network Production Operations Engineer to join the Network Operations team. You will implement and operate the global edge, backbone, and data center network for high-performance compute clusters with GPUs.

The role requires hands-on work, strong collaboration, and a proactive approach to reliability and security. You will lead operational excellence, mentor engineers, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure network availability and performance for Crusoe Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (three+ years).
• 10 years of related experience operating at scale in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and data center/backbone/edge architectures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Execute network changes across datacenters, backbone and edge infrastructure.
• Manage Crusoe network to meet business needs and scale capacity.
• Provide 24/7 monitoring and on-call support for network infrastructure.
