Job summary

Crusoe Cloud is revolutionizing high-performance computing with sustainable, low-cost GPU compute power. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you are the main technical contact, enabling customers to leverage Crusoe Cloud for AI workloads, physics simulations, and bio computations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent technical experience.
• Proficient Linux CLI and scripting capabilities.
• 5+ years in a customer support role within cloud/storage/networking.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Slurm, Terraform and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to customers via Zendesk with SLAs and high CSAT.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical issues.
• Diagnose and resolve VM, hardware, and scaling issues using CLI and internal tools.
• Manage alert triage, maintenance windows, and node delivery testing.
• Collaborate with SRE, Networking and Storage teams from triage to RCA.
• Follow global team processes for tickets and handoffs.
• Create onboarding materials, knowledge base docs, and SOPs.
