Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Network Production Operations Engineer to join the Network Operations team. You will implement and operate the global edge, backbone, and data center network for high-performance HPC clusters with GPUs.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in production networking, deep knowledge of routing, switching, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
10+ years operating at scale in production environments.

Responsibilities

Monitor network performance and perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Execute network changes across datacenters, backbone, and edge infrastructure.
Manage Crusoe network (frontend/backend/backbone/edge) and connectivity to public cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
Lead operational excellence: monitoring, alerting and systems for high availability.
Mentor engineers and establish best practices for incident response and documentation.
Manage vendor relationships & contracts for network services/equipment.
Provide visibility into network health via detailed metrics and analysis.
Participate in 24/7 on-call support for Crusoe Network.
