Job summary

E‑Frontiers is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex network infrastructure and connectivity projects from conception to handover. You will coordinate customers, engineers, suppliers and partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

The role requires strong planning, budgeting and risk management capabilities, with excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex technology, network infrastructure or telecommunications projects.
• Experience coordinating technical engineers, installation teams, subcontractors and external suppliers.
• Strong project planning, budget management, risk management and change control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from mobilisation through handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including surveys, design approvals, procurement, cabling, installation and migration.
• Coordinate technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure delivery within scope, time and budget.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, issues and change control.
• Review quotations, BOMs, engineering estimates and implementation costs.
• Prepare project documentation, statements of work, delivery plans and governance materials.
• Lead kick-off meetings, customer updates and steering meetings.
• Monitor milestones, resolve issues and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure testing, documentation, knowledge transfer and transition to support.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently with strong governance and client satisfaction.
