Optum is a global organization delivering care with technology to help millions live healthier lives. The Senior Network Contract Manager of Network Contracting will lead contract negotiations and manage payor relationships to drive client satisfaction.

Formación

Proven extensive experience in contract management.
Experience in pharmacy or healthcare environments.
Financial analysis skills.
Advanced MS Word and Excel.
Strategic thinking and project management.

Responsabilidades

Lead and assist with contractual negotiations.
Develop and execute payor strategy development.
Maintain knowledge of payor's business as well as their contracts with Optum.
Provide positive alternatives to complex situations encountered by payors and manage expectations.
Escalate payor concerns internally and to help solve complex issues.
Communicate effectively with payors via face-to-face meetings, conference calls and written correspondence.
Manage contractual obligations including but not limited to contract compliance.
Be a self-starter, produce quality work, make decisions, and deliver on commitments.
