Job summary

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys shaping technical direction, championing engineering best practices, and mentoring development teams in an Agile environment.

You'll provide technical direction across backend (.NET) and frontend (Angular or React), guide the team, contribute to solution design, and collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on .NET development experience.
• 5+ years leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong knowledge of modern software engineering practices and Agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of software design and SOLID principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and hands-on guidance across backend (.NET) and frontend (Angular or React) development
• Support, guide, and mentor a development team working in an Agile environment
• Contribute to solution design, code quality, and architectural decision-making
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and senior stakeholders to shape technical direction and deliverables
• Drive best practices across code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, and clean architecture
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and support the team in resolving them
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation
