Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a Developer/Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain .NET backend services and microservices powering enterprise applications. The role emphasizes clean code, unit testing, secure deployments, and operational excellence within a regulated BFSI environment.

You will design and build robust .NET applications, REST APIs, and modern frontend components with .NET Core, React JS, Kafka, OpenShift, Docker, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Strong proficiency in .Net Core (C#) and T-SQL, ReactJS, Kafka as a Service (Kaas).
• Experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Exposure to OpenShift, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust .NET applications and REST APIs for enterprise platforms.
• Work with C#, .NET Core, React JS, Kafka, OpenShift, Docker, microservices and CI/CD practices.
• Improve code quality, performance, and reliability across enterprise-scale solutions.
• Support feasibility studies, estimates, IT planning, and system implementation.
• Provide user and operational support across applications to business users.
• Define operating standards and contribute to development practices.
