Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' commercial experience with C# / .NET.
• Solid working knowledge of ASP.NET Core (Razor Pages or MVC).
• Experience with Entity Framework Core and relational databases (SQL Server / Azure SQL).
• Comfortable working with Git, code review workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Able to work independently against user stories and collaborate with a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Build application modules (audit lifecycle, scheduling, review and closeout workflows) within an API-first modular monolith.
• Work across the Razor front-end and EF Core data layer.
• Implement background processing and durable job scheduler integration.
• Contribute to integration work against third‑party APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD gated releases.
• Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into implemented functionality.
