Job summary

Electricity Supply Board seeks a MV/LV Lead Project Manager for Customer Delivery in the Dublin South area. You will support the Area Manager in planning outages, coordinating MV/LV project delivery, and driving system improvements across MV and LV networks.

The role requires 7–10 years of relevant experience, a PMO-focused approach, and a proven track record in delivering MV/LV projects. Based in Dublin South, the role involves working with internal teams and external contractors.

Qualifications

• Essential: 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years relevant experience.
• Understands and applies PMO principles.
• Proven track record in delivering MV/LV projects (LV, 10kV & 20kV).
• Knowledge of MV/LV safety policies, outage planning, metering, cables and jointing, civil works.
• Understand commercial implications of project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Report to Area Manager Operations, Dublin South.
• Coordinate delivery of MV/LV new connections transparently.
• Project manage delivery of New Connections, 20kV conversions, and system reinforcement projects at MV & LV.
• Implement PMO Project Management Methodology.
• Improve cost and productivity performance.
• Lead delivery teams and project manage cross-functional work.
• Engage with stakeholders including developers, local authorities and customer representatives.
