Job summary

ESB in Dublin South is seeking an MV/LV LPM to support the Area Manager Operations with outages planning, project delivery, and performance governance across MV/LV networks. The role focuses on coordinating 20kV conversions, new connections, and system reinforcements while ensuring safety, cost efficiency and timely execution.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and apply PMO framework to deliver Dublin South projects, including Leopardsstown area.

Qualifications

• Requires a 3rd level qualification or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years of relevant project delivery experience.
• Demonstrated ability to apply PMO principles to MV/LV projects.
• Proven track record delivering MV/LV projects (LV, 10kV & 20kV) including outages, design standards and civil works.

Responsibilities

• Report to Area Manager Operations, Dublin South.
• Coordinate delivery of MV/LV new connections transparently.
• Project manage New Connections, 20kV conversions and system reinforcement projects at MV & LV.
• Implement PMO Project Management Methodology.
• Improve cost and productivity performance.
• Lead delivery teams and engage stakeholders including developers and local authorities.
