Job summary

TeamPeople, a division of System One, seeks a Motion Graphics Editor to lead storytelling through editing, animation, and design. You will work on diverse formats from social reels to 2D/3D animations, applying AI tools to enhance productivity, while meeting tight deadlines for a fast-moving slate across London, Dublin and Tel Aviv.

You will own projects end-to-end, communicate with clients, and collaborate with editors to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design and 2D/3D animation editing.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Working proficiency in Cinema 4D and understanding of 3D space.
• Ability to adopt AI tools and cloud-based asset management.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end from concept to client-ready delivery.
• Edit, animate, and design across formats including social content and reels.
• Shape narrative from raw material like interviews and recorded sessions.
• Polish audio to match visuals and maintain quality standards.
• Incorporate AI tools into daily workflow to enhance output.
• Manage video ingestion and keep projects moving without bottlenecks.
• Create documentation and presentation assets to showcase work.
• Maintain brand guidelines across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with a team and communicate with clients at every stage.
• Support SOPs and keep technical standards up-to-date.
