Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Senior Machine Learning Ops - AI Engineering to build and operate pipelines, deployment workflows, and production-readiness practices that turn trained models into reliable services.

You will own experiment tracking, model registry, monitoring for data and concept drift, and safe rollout mechanisms while orchestrating training/inference on Databricks and integrating with secure CI/CD patterns.

Qualifications

• Experience with ML model lifecycle management and experiment tracking.
• Ability to design and operate model deployment pipelines in production.
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD for AI/ML workloads.

Responsibilities

• Own experiment tracking and model registry practices.
• Implement drift and performance monitoring for models.
• Design safe release and rollout mechanisms for models.
• Onboard platform services and run training/inference workloads on Databricks.
