Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (AI Training) to author high-fidelity reasoning traces for large language models.

This fully remote, hourly-contract role lets you work 10–40 hours per week on frontier AI tasks that shape how models plan, reason, and decide. You will document decision sequences, tool usage, and planning strategies in structured formats, review traces from peers, and design data strategies that improve model reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Experienced ML practitioner with deep knowledge of model reasoning or LLM behavior.
• Ability to decompose complex problems into structured, logical steps.
• Familiar with LLM evaluation methodologies and trustworthy decision processes.

Responsibilities

• Author high-fidelity reasoning traces for LLMs to improve planning and actions.
• Document tool use, planning strategies, and multi-step reasoning clearly.
• Review traces created by others and provide expert feedback.
