Job summary

Solventum is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions. You will design and optimize pipelines for data ingestion, training, evaluation and deployment of models, with a focus on privacy and compliance.

You will collaborate with data scientists, domain experts, and stakeholders to build robust, scalable systems in the cloud and on-premises, using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field or extensive practical experience in ML.
• Experience delivering end-to-end ML/AI solutions with lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, esp. AWS, and big data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical ML/AI specifications.
• Design scalable infrastructure for model training and deployment.
• Set up monitoring to detect model degradation and drift.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with GDPR/HIPAA during development.
