Job summary

MCS Group | Your Specialist Recruitment Consultancy seeks a senior, hands-on ML contractor for a growing cyber business. You will assess existing predictive models, dive into data, and drive improvements toward production-ready delivery.

The role is a day-rate contract, 12 weeks initially, with hybrid working in Dublin. Strong Python and production ML experience are essential, with background in classification, time-series or risk scoring. Start-up/consultancy experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and production machine learning expertise.
• Background in classification, predictive modelling, risk/probability scoring, anomaly detection or time-series modelling.
• Experience taking models from data and experimentation through to deployment, monitoring, drift and retraining.
• Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous environment, without a large ML team around you.
• Experience in a start-up, scale-up, consultancy or small ML team would be a real advantage.
