Job summary

Our Dublin based client is seeking a Senior Microsoft Consultant to join their team in a permanent role. This is a management and leadership level role for an ambitious professional with strong Microsoft technologies and business acumen.

You will lead the Microsoft platform strategy and help build a high-performing team capable of delivering AI-enabled solutions. You will engage with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite, to ensure successful outcomes for key business partners in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Microsoft consulting or equivalent.
• Proven leadership of customer-facing MS projects.
• Experience building or leading MS-focused teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic direction and growth plan for the MS team and platform.
• Lead high-performing teams delivering AI-enabled MS solutions.
• Set delivery standards, methodologies and best practices.
• Lead discovery workshops and solution design sessions.
• Translate business challenges into practical Microsoft-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build out the strategic direction, offerings, and plan for growth across the company Microsoft team and platform
• Help to grow a high-performing team that's capable of delivering across AI solutions.
• Establish delivery standards, methodologies, and best practice for the team and wider company
• Lead on the development of an AI strategy and practice
• Design and deliver AI programmes for customers with a focus on adoption and collaboration
• Help clients to identify practical business use cases for Microsoft Copilot and AI technologies
• Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, senior stakeholders and management
• Lead discovery workshops, strategy engagements, and solution design sessions.
• Translate business challenges into practical Microsoft-based solutions.
• On occasions, be capable in the areas of public speaking, business development and new customer engagement

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in Microsoft consulting or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing Microsoft and transformation projects.
• Previous experience building, managing, or leading teams that have a focus on Microsoft tools and technologies
• Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting sales and business development activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
• Strong in team leadership but also capable of engaging at C-Suite level
