Job summary

Pangaea Life Science Solutions is seeking a Senior MES Consultant to design, configure, and deploy MES solutions across our pharmaceutical client portfolio in Europe. In this client-facing, technically demanding role your expertise in MES systems and pharma manufacturing processes will deliver measurable outcomes for our clients.

You will lead workshops, support validation deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, scalable MES deployments.

Qualifications

• Over five years of hands-on experience in MES implementation within a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one major MES platform with the ability to advise across multiple systems.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Design, configure, and deploy MES solutions across complex manufacturing environments with validation considerations.
• Produce and review functional specifications, design documents, and validation deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal methodology and pre-sales activities.
