Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Fashion or Sports Retail Omni-Channel environment.
• Strong numeric, data/analytical and financial skills.
• Experience with Excel at an advanced level and BI tools (Tableau).
• Proficiency with ERP systems (D365) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising of your concept, overseeing planning and buying processes.
• Manage stock and product intake to maximise profitability.
• Support KPI achievement and drive sales and margins for your areas.
• Develop junior team members and collaborate with Buying & Merchandising.
• Produce ad hoc sales analysis and core business reports.
• Visit stores to gather feedback and drive opportunities.
