Job summary

Design Build Search are working with a key Design & Construct client in Dublin seeking an experienced MEP Building Services Manager. You will oversee design, coordination, installation and commissioning of MEP systems across pharma, data centres, and logistics projects.

The role requires full Irish driving licence and willingness to travel nationally. The successful candidate will lead cross-disciplinary teams, manage MEP subcontracts, ensure GMP compliance, and drive value engineering while

Qualifications

• Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in MEP/building services roles.
• Strong experience in pharma, data centre, or logistics projects.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Low Voltage Appointed Person certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP aspects of construction projects from design through commissioning.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, and architectural teams.
• Review and manage MEP subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with project schedules and milestones.
• Oversee GMP compliance, cleanroom HVAC validation, and CQV processes.
• Monitor energy efficiency and performance; control project costs.
