Varming Consulting Engineers Ltd. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join our Cork office. You will deliver high-quality mechanical design solutions for healthcare, educational, and commercial office projects.

The role requires a degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years’ experience, excellent communication, and a valid driving licence. Chartered status is preferred and Revit BIM experience is advantageous.

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience designing mechanical services installations in healthcare, educational, or commercial office sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Full, clean driving licence and access to own transport.

Preference

• Chartered, or actively working towards chartership.
• Demonstrated experience using Revit BIM software in a building services environment.
