Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Senior Engineer to join the MDM team and contribute to the D&B Connect platform. You will help cleanse, match, enrich, and govern master data across customers, suppliers, and references, delivering scalable solutions via web UI and integrations with CRM and cloud data warehouses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing and deploying commercial software products.
• Advanced Linux knowledge.
• Strong Java and/or Scala, Python, Spark/PySpark skills.
• Proven experience deploying on GCP or AWS.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• SDLC tooling experience: Maven, Github, Jenkins, Terraform.

• Develop scalable, distributed software systems and support multiple initiatives.
• Design, develop, debug, test, and maintain software applications.
• Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams to turn requirements into solutions.
• Mentor colleagues and pursue professional growth opportunities.

• Plan and execute application modernization, re-platforming, and refactoring.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvements and reduce tech debt.
• Partner with SRE to deploy and manage data infrastructure on cloud platforms.
• Demonstrate customer focus and end-to-end ownership of applications.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to boost productivity and engineering quality.
