Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to join our MDM team working on the D&B Connect application, a robust master data management platform that cleanses, matches, enriches and governs first-party data using D&B assets.

The role is part of an agile scrum team building scalable distributed solutions for real-time and batch workloads across regions. You will collaborate with product, data and platform teams to translate business needs into innovative, maintainable designs and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing and deploying commercial software products.
• Advanced Linux knowledge and cloud experience (GCP/AWS).
• Strong Java/Scala and Python skills with Spark/PySpark.
• Proven ability to design scalable, distributed systems.
• Ownership mindset with strong problem-solving and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, distributed software systems in a scrum team.
• Design, develop, debug, support, maintain and test applications.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead code quality improvements through tests, automation and reviews.
• Drive modernization and refactoring efforts across platforms.
• Partner with SRE for cloud deployment on GCP or AWS.
