Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Principal Full-Stack engineer to join the MDM team and work on the D&B Connect platform.

You will own end-to-end features across the stack, delivering scalable, data-driven solutions that enable customers to cleanse, match and enrich master data while integrating with CRM, Marketing, and cloud data warehouses. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of experience managing and deploying commercial software products.
• Proven experience building large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms, GCP or AWS.
• Strong CI/CD discipline and tooling experience.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Scala, Python, Spark/PySpark.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Work across the full stack to build scalable distributed solutions.
• Collaborate with product and dev teams to ensure quality in Agile environments.
• Deploy and manage data infrastructure on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
• Provide technical direction and architecture leadership.
• Deliver POCs to validate architecture and feature development.
• Mentor engineers and lead code reviews.
