IDEX Pump Technologies Ireland in Shannon, Ireland, is seeking a Materials & Supply Planner to plan, procure, and manage materials for manufacturing and customer demand. You will balance inventory with supplier performance and production needs, coordinating across functions to sustain service levels.

The role requires 5–10 years in purchasing, a related degree, and strong Excel/ERP skills; APICS/CPM certification is preferred. On-site in Shannon with a potential bonus incentive.

Formación

• Minimum 5–10 years in a purchasing role in manufacturing.
• College degree in a related field preferred; APICS/ CPM certificate preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; excellent communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain production and material plans to support demand and operations.
• Manage MRP outputs and ensure material availability.
• Issue and maintain purchase orders; monitor supplier performance.
• Optimize inventory levels and support cycle counts.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality and Finance to meet objectives.
