Job summary

Glanbia is seeking a Senior Masterdata Analyst to join the PTP team in Finance Services at Kilkenny with hybrid working. The role focuses on master data management and process improvements to support the shared services environment.

You will lead vendor master data activities, drive data accuracy, and collaborate across departments to ensure timely supplier setup and compliance with controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Accounts Payable or Master Data in a Shared Services environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• SAP experience is advantageous.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle large data with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage Master Data in GES PTP and develop leading metrics.
• Lead projects to enhance vendor master and purchase data management.
• Lead and develop the team of analysts in master data management.
• Create and amend Vendor records.
• Ensure compliance with Key Control processes.
• Respond to AP and Master Data queries via e-mail and phone.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
