Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Global Data Analyst in Ireland to support Master Data Governance for SAP (S/4HANA, MDG/DGIM) within the Finance and P2P domain. You will lead data governance, data quality, and transformation initiatives across affiliates and sites, partnering with IT and business teams to ensure accurate master data loads and ongoing governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Materials Management, Engineering, Sciences, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 5+ years working with SAP / S4 Hana & SAP Purchase to Pay master data
• 3+ years of Lilly or industry experience in finance, supply chain, or data management
• 2+ years of Data & Analytics and knowledge on Microsoft Fabric

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional and geographic perspectives on data governance.
• Lead data auditing and lifecycle management initiatives across projects.
• Implement data quality metrics and monitor trends in data quality.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to load, map, and transform master data.
• Lead local contacts through Data Mapping, Discovery, and Transformation.
• Apply governance rules to project work and support transformation objectives.
• Coach and educate business partners on data governance practices.
