Job summary

Viatris is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives on high-speed manufacturing equipment in Dublin. You will drive data-driven problem solving, develop equipment/process expertise, and deliver reports to support process optimization.

Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, right-first-time production while maintaining quality and compliance in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading continuous improvement in high-speed, automated manufacturing.
• Strong data-driven approach to analysing equipment performance and process trends.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across functions to drive solutions.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of continuous improvement projects on manufacturing equipment.
• Support manufacturing processes and develop equipment/process expertise.
• Prepare equipment performance reports and summarize trends for process improvement.
• Manage deadlines and priorities, primarily autonomously, while collaborating cross-functionally.
