Job summary

Johnson Controls Ireland HVAC is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own and drive new manufacturing technology from concept through production across sites in Ireland. You will collaborate with design teams to provide manufacturing feasibility early, and bring in capabilities when needed, running deployments end-to-end.

The role requires broad experience across laser processing, precision joining, machining, automation, or process development, with deep expertise in one or two areas, and

Qualifications

• Senior manufacturing engineering experience with end-to-end deployments.
• Experience defining manufacturing processes and leading capital-equipment implementation.
• Breadth across multiple technologies with depth in 1–2 areas.
• Design-for-manufacture input into product design and changes.
• Hands-on commissioning and integration from install to production.
• Proficient in process FMEA and control plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide feasibility assessments for product designs and changes early in development.
• Define, develop, and deploy manufacturing processes across sites.
