Qualifications

• Experience with equipment qualification, validation, or manufacturing process implementation.
• Proficiency with standard PC and business software.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities for new product launches and process introductions.
• Manage equipment qualification, validation, and new manufacturing equipment.
• Evaluate and optimise process layouts for efficient flow and space usage.
• Ensure processes and products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Support component and equipment selection through review and evaluation.
• Collaborate with quality teams to develop testing methods and controls.
• Participate in risk assessments, control planning, and process validation.
