Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering/physics; E/E preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, DOE, DMAIC, FMEA, SPC exposure is an advantage.
• Familiarity with semiconductor device physics or ATE/test environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-reliability screening project work including HTRB, burn-in, and electrical test methods.
• Support equipment appraisal, qualification initiatives, and process standardization.
• Develop knowledge of products, processes, and test equipment for disposition decisions.
• Ensure compliance with industry test methods, standards and customer requirements.
