Job summary

Workday Ireland is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead the Deployment Adoption Platform team. You will build and mentor a high-performing deployment engineering group, guiding the configuration, implementation, and go-live of Workday solutions tailored to client needs.

You’ll collaborate with customers, project managers, and engineers to translate requirements into effective Workday deployments, ensure quality, and drive post-go-live success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and scaling technical teams.
• Strong track record of delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Deep understanding of deployment lifecycle and configuration best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of deployment engineers.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Workday projects.
• Collaborate with customers, PMs, and stakeholders to translate requirements into deployment plans.
• Work with architects to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Adopt best practices and tools to accelerate deployments.
• Resolve blockers with product, support, and partner teams.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
• Implement testing, validation, and post-go-live monitoring.
