Job summary

Monzo in Dublin is seeking an Senior Manager in Operational, Technology and Information Security Risk to provide independent oversight and challenge on operational, technology, resilience and information security risk management across the EU.

You will work with senior stakeholders in first line technology, information security and operational resilience to ensure risks are identified, assessed, monitored and mitigated within Monzo's risk framework.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in operational risk, technology risk or related roles in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Act as second line subject matter expert for operational risk, technology risk and operational resilience.
• Review design and effectiveness of controls over key technology systems and digital infrastructure.
• Provide oversight of RCSA, incident management and risk mitigation processes.
• Support development and maintenance of the Operational Risk Management Framework and ICT, Security, Resilience policies.
