You will drive architectural decisions, balance technical and business needs, and oversee delivery while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in technology operations and solution/enterprise architecture.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable solutions across domains (finance, healthcare, retail, etc.).
• Hands-on with modern architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven, API design).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and on-premises infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills to translate requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with clients and teams.
• Experience contributing to architectural roadmaps and aligning solutions with business goals.
• Proven leadership, mentoring junior team members and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Your Profile

At least 8 years of professional experience in technology operations and application architecture/solution architecture, with a strong focus on designing scalable, maintainable solutions. Proven experience in one or more relevant domain areas (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail, etc.), understanding domain-specific challenges and technology needs. Hands-on experience with modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture, API design). An understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and/or on-premises infrastructure. Familiarity with emerging technologies and the ability to evaluate their applicability to business challenges. Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Demonstrated ability to contribute to architectural roadmaps and align solutions with strategic business goals. A strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen, enabling you to design solutions that align closely with client goals and deliver measurable business value. Experience collaborating directly with clients or internal stakeholders to co-create technology roadmaps and strategic initiatives. Effective communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. A proactive mindset with a passion for staying current on emerging technologies and industry trends, and the confidence to challenge the status quo. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and balance technical considerations with practical constraints. A track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement in architecture and delivery practices. Demonstrated leadership qualities, including mentoring junior team members and influencing cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
