Job summary

Agoda seeks a Senior Manager to lead marketing for a major strategic partnership. You will own the full marketing P&L, shape strategy, and guide a small team across channels to drive revenue growth.

In this role, you will work with partner marketing leaders and Agoda product teams to align initiatives with business goals, build rigorous measurement, and influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with SQL for ad-hoc analysis.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
• Bonus: experimentation design and statistical analysis.
• Experience leading teams and managing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing P&L for a strategic partnership and set the growth strategy.
• Lead a 2–3 person marketing team and align priorities with partnership goals.
• Define analytics roadmap, run A/B tests, and measure ROI and incrementality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize channels and budgets.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
