Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Senior Manager for Performance Marketing to lead a strategic partnership with end-to-end marketing leadership and a focus on revenue growth. You will own the P&L, build and mentor a small team, set OKRs, and drive data-informed decisions across channels.

In this role you’ll collaborate with partner marketing leadership, regional teams, and Agoda’s commercial and product groups to align strategy with business priorities and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency in SQL for analysis.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
• Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (PPC, metasearch, app marketing, SEO).
• 5+ years people management experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership.
• Lead a team of 2-3 marketing specialists.
• Set team priorities and OKRs aligned to partnership goals.
• Conduct performance reviews and career development conversations.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and accountability.
• Strategic Marketing Leadership & P&L Ownership.
• Guide team on channel strategies and ensure execution excellence.
• Own the annual planning process and budget allocation across channels.
• Pitch strategic initiatives to partner executives with data support.
• Oversee analytics and dashboard/reporting development.
