Aptiv is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise AI Solutions to lead the enterprise delivery of AI-enabled solutions that boost productivity, automation, and decision-making across the organisation. You will translate business opportunities into scalable AI products and workflows while guiding a team of AI Engineers in Dublin.

Reporting to the Executive, you will shape delivery roadmaps, govern projects, and ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and scalable across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing AI engineering or software delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance capabilities.
• Hands-on understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI solutions from concept to production.
• Shape AI delivery roadmaps, priorities, backlogs, governance checkpoints, releases, and metrics.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify AI opportunities and translate into delivery plans.
• Lead and develop a high-performing AI engineering team.
• Oversee delivery of AI agents, copilots, generative AI apps, workflows, and ML solutions.
• Establish engineering standards and reusable AI patterns for scalable, secure solutions.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams with transparent reporting.
• Embed Responsible AI, cybersecurity, privacy, legal and governance requirements.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to enterprise AI strategy.

Senior Manager, Enterprise AI Solutions

The Senior Manager, Enterprise AI Solutions is accountable for leading the enterprise delivery of AI-enabled solutions that enable productivity, automation, decision-making, and functional transformation across the organisation.

Reporting into the Ex, this role provides both strategic delivery leadership and hands-on execution oversight, translating business opportunities into scalable AI products, agents, copilots, workflows, and intelligent decision-support capabilities.

The role leads a team of AI Engineers and works closely with Analytics & AI Architecture, Platform Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Legal, Data Privacy, and senior business stakeholders to ensure solutions are secure, governed, reusable, scalable, and aligned to enterprise priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI solutions from concept through production, adoption, and scale.
• Shape and manage AI delivery roadmaps, priorities, backlogs, governance checkpoints, releases, and delivery metrics.
• Partner with senior business leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into clear, actionable delivery plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of AI Engineers, managing capacity, priorities, and capability development.
• Oversee the delivery of AI agents, copilots, generative AI applications, workflow automation, machine learning solutions, and enterprise AI integrations.
• Establish engineering standards and reusable AI patterns while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and operationally resilient.
• Drive execution across business and technical teams, managing dependencies, resolving blockers, and ensuring transparent delivery reporting.
• Embed Responsible AI, cybersecurity, privacy, legal, regulatory, and governance requirements throughout solution design and delivery.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and delivery models, champion an AI-first mindset, and contribute to the evolution of the enterprise AI strategy.

Required Experience

• Significant experience leading enterprise technology, AI, analytics, automation, or cloud-based solution delivery.
• Proven experience managing AI engineering, software engineering, or technical delivery teams.
• Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders, shape demand, prioritise work, and manage transparent delivery execution.
• Demonstrated understanding of agile delivery, product management, governance, and cross-functional programme execution.
• Strong working knowledge of generative AI, large language models, AI agents, agentic workflows, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, and Azure OpenAI.
• Understanding of machine learning, predictive analytics, API integration, automation, cloud platforms, DevOps, MLOps, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across complex technology, data, and business environments.
