Job summary

ORIX Aviation Group in Dublin is seeking a senior manager to join our Corporate Planning and Transaction Management Team. You will drive company projections, enhance FP&A processes, and prepare strategic reports to support decision making across the organisation.

You will also assist with board reporting, investment analyses, and corporate communications, while seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and staying informed on industry transactions and market developments.

Responsibilities

• Input into the Company Projections process including sensitivity analysis and preparation of first draft updates and cashflow projections.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Adaptive Insights, our Financial Planning & Analysis software.
• Prepare strategic reports and extract information from the Company Projections to assist in decision making.
• Assist in the development of the Company business plan.
• Keep up to date and informed on current and upcoming transactions for the purpose of adding value and insight into the Company Projections.
• Assist with planning and timing of transaction approvals for ongoing transactions.
• Assist with drafting and coordination of Transaction Approval Papers and other board reporting items.
• Preparation of first draft investment analysis including development of an understanding of commercial and technical issues that can impact economic metrics.
• Preparation of corporate presentation materials for various internal and external stakeholders in clear and concise manner. Proactive identification of improvements to presentation materials.
• Perform other duties or ad hoc projects the team or Company assigns.
• Look for opportunities for continuous improvement & innovation within the CPI team.
• Continually improve general knowledge of the broad aircraft leasing, maintenance & airline industry.
• Support other departments with their roles, including Commercial, Technical & Finance.

Key activities will include:

Company Financial Projections
