Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services in Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager for Analytics, Reporting and Insights (ARI) to lead a high‑performing team focused on finance analytics, reporting, and dashboards across the Proprietary segment. The role combines strategic leadership with deep technical depth to deliver scalable, clear, and actionable finance insights.

You'll partner with FP&A leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to strengthen data architecture, develop engaging dashboards, and apply

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Science or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in finance analytics, reporting, FP&A, or related roles.
Experience leading teams and collaborating with internal and external partners.
Extensive experience with reporting tools and systems, particularly Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, BW, SAP.
Experience improving reporting efficiency through automation and platform enhancements.

Responsibilities

Lead the ARI FP&A team delivering analytics, reporting, and dashboards for business partners.
Standardize and automate reporting to improve timeliness and accuracy.
Consolidate Operating Unit results into a consistent segment-level view and monthly reports.
Design templates and frameworks for consistent definitions and scalable roll-ups.
Collaborate with Corporate FP&A and DBI to strengthen data models and architecture.
Drive AI-enabled analytics, including automated variance commentary and intelligent insights.
Track benefits from reporting improvements and support cross-functional initiatives.
