Job summary

EY in Ireland is seeking an experienced Data Analytics professional to lead end-to-end data and analytics initiatives across client projects. You will partner with multi-disciplinary teams, translate business needs into analytics solutions, and drive delivery against timelines.

You will oversee people development, manage budgets, and engage stakeholders while applying a broad set of tools (PowerBI, SQL, Python) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Data Analytics professional or similar role in a consulting environment.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for data and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources within financial constraints.
• Engage with stakeholders across client organisations to understand data needs and communicate progress.
• Coach and develop junior team members and foster a positive learning culture.
• Collaborate across service lines to deliver analytics-driven solutions for clients.
