PSC Biotech is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot and improve electrical, instrumentation, automation and control systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. You will ensure compliance with GMP requirements and safety standards while supporting reliable product supply.

Reporting to the Maintenance Lead, you will perform calibration of process instrumentation, support maintenance planning, and document all activities in the CMMS.

Qualifications

• A time-served Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechatronics or related engineering apprenticeship with supporting certificates.
• Experience in highly regulated pharma/biotech manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong hands-on maintenance, calibration and fault-finding skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical maintenance support for electrical, instrumentation and automation systems in pharma manufacturing environments.
• Perform calibration of process instruments including pressure, temperature, flow and analytical devices.
• Maintain PLC/SCADA/HMI/DCS-based systems and assist with downtime reduction.
• Plan and execute maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Interpret P&IDs and electrical schematics to support maintenance activities.
• Document all maintenance actions in the CMMS/CQMS for traceability and compliance.
