Job summary

Amgen Inc. (IR) is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join a GMP-driven maintenance team in Dublin. The role covers process, utilities, lyophilisation, inspection and packaging areas, with opportunities to rotate as the site expands.

Responsibilities include advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation; participation in CQV, continuous improvement projects, and adherence to ALCOA+ standards. Prior apprenticeship and ability to read technical drawings are essential.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in electrical/mechanical craft and ability to read drawings.
• Experience with GMP and regulated manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with P&ID interpretation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced maintenance on process equipment per SOPs.
• Troubleshoot with minimal plant disruption and document GMP activities.
• Support CQV activities and equipment upgrades with engineering.
• Maintain ALCOA+ compliant records and documentation.
