Job summary

Amgen Dun Laoghaire (ADL) is seeking an Equipment Process Engineer to join the Drug Product Engineering team, supporting commercial aseptic drug product filling on site. The role focuses on equipment performance, lifecycle management and reliability across GMP manufacturing processes.

Reporting to the Engineering Lead, you will apply statistical tools, CI methodologies and problem-solving to optimise equipment, drive improvements and ensure smooth operations in a high‑quality biopharma

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical or Chemical).
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own equipment/systems in GMP manufacturing to support drug product processes.
• Monitor day-to-day performance and analyze trends for improvements.
• Develop specifications, SOPs and support engineering runs.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA when issues arise.
• Plan maintenance schedules aligned with production needs.
