Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for a high-volume food manufacturing site. You will lead and coordinate all engineering and maintenance activities, drive equipment reliability, and ensure compliance with food safety, H&S, and quality standards.

You will oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, work closely with production and technical teams, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives, supplier coordination, and internal stakeholder

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in engineering/maintenance.
• Strong understanding of maintenance systems and quality systems.
• Experience with root cause analysis, deviations, training, and documentation.

Engineering Manager | Food Manufacturing Industry

A leading company within the food manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate all engineering and maintenance activities across a high-volume processing site.

This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, site infrastructure performance, and full compliance with food safety, Health & Safety, and operational standards. The successful candidate will oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programmes while working closely with production and technical teams to minimise downtime and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all engineering and maintenance operations across site
