Job summary

Stryker Ireland is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the day shift on the Anngrove site. You will perform planned preventive maintenance, service electrical and mechanical equipment, and lead fault finding with internal teams to maximise uptime.

You will maintain CAFM records, support GMP/EHS standards, and assist in installing new plant while training junior engineers. Strong English and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma or Senior Trades in Electrical / Mechanical / Automation / Manufacturing is required.
• 3+ years’ experience in a regulated environment and in maintenance/engineering.
• Proficiency with CAFM systems and GMP/EHS adherence.
• Ability to read specifications and schematic drawings; interpret equipment manuals.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Active member of cross functional line support team; lead point of contact on line/shift maintenance.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on equipment; service mechanical and electrical systems.
• Lead fault finding and repairs to unplanned down equipment; coordinate external service engineers.
• Maintain CAFM records and ensure closure within timelines; escalate improvements.
• Assist in installation of new plant and equipment; ensure GMP/EHS compliance.
• Promote cost reduction ideas and energy-saving opportunities site-wide.
