Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Resident Engineer to join our Water Team in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves supervising major water and wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and experience in site supervision of MEICA works.

This position offers a hybrid work model, providing the flexibility to work from AECOM’s office, remotely, or at client sites while supporting vital projects for Uisce Éireann.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in site supervision of MEICA works.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of site-based infrastructure projects.
• Review and monitor contractor documentation.
• Supervise MEICA construction activities.
