Conack is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to support major projects in Galway and the west region, coordinating mechanical and electrical packages from design through to commissioning and handover while collaborating with an ambitious and growing team.

Role requires 5+ years in M&E coordination, a relevant degree, and strong communication/organisation to liaise with subcontractors, consultants and project teams on site across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or relevant industry experience.
• 5+ years' experience in an M&E Coordinator or Building Services role.
• Experience coordinating M&E subcontractors and consultants.
• Knowledge of commissioning, snagging, and handover processes.
• Electrical project experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience delivering projects in Ireland.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Mechanical & Electrical packages across construction projects in Galway and the wider western region.
• Manage and support site teams and subcontractors on all M&E-related activities.
• Ensure M&E works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate design-build M&E packages to meet project and client requirements.
• Monitor programme, budget, and progress across M&E packages.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams throughout delivery.
• Support project teams with snagging, commissioning, and final handover.
• Manage and coordinate M&E snag lists and close-out activities.
• Assist with retentions, subcontractor close-out, and final project completion.
• Support estimating and tender reviews when required.
• Help identify and resolve technical or coordination issues across projects.
