Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an M&E Coordinator with 5+ years of experience for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to work on multiple large projects in the Dublin region. Candidates with building services experience in apartments, housing, or offices will fit well.

Role involves analyzing M&E design information during tender, coordinating data release for construction, and ensuring designs align with project specs. Knowledge of Revit/BIM and experience in Ireland/UK preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of building services coordination experience.
• Experience working for a contractor.
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM and Irish/UK project experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze M&E design information during tender to identify deficiencies.
• Supervise and manage M&E data distribution for construction tasks.
• Verify that M&E information is reviewed and aligns with project specs.
• Contribute to CDM and Health and Safety considerations.
• Oversee meetings with client, design team, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings and specs for inconsistencies.
