Cpl Group in Limerick seeks an experienced Hard Services Facilities Manager for a Life Sciences environment. You will own facilities operations, contractor performance, and compliance across a highly regulated site with significant autonomy.

Qualifications

• Trade or Degree qualified in Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Proven FM experience within a regulated environment.
• Experience managing budgets and operational performance.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of facilities management services across the site.
• Manage contractors, service providers and vendors.
• Oversee both Hard and Soft FM service delivery.
• Negotiate and manage service contracts and supplier agreements.
• Develop and monitor supplier KPIs and performance standards.
• Ensure delivery of services in line with contractual obligations.
• Compliance, Health & Safety: implement Safe Systems of Work and uphold statutory compliance.
• Drive energy management and sustainability initiatives.
• Support capital projects and site upgrades.
