FRS Recruitment in Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our expanding residential property team. The role focuses on managing the full lettings process across a growing portfolio, including new development lease-ups and established properties.
You will build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, negotiate terms, conduct viewings and ensure compliance with Irish lettings regulations. A PSRA Category C licence and a full driving licence are essential.
An established and growing residential property business is looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join its Dublin-based team.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced property professional who is confident managing the full lettings process, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and taking ownership of a residential portfolio.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across both new development lease-ups and established residential properties, playing an important role in maintaining occupancy levels and delivering a high standard of service.
Manage the end-to-end lettings process across a portfolio of residential properties
Support the lease-up of new residential developments
Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental terms
Manage tenant applications, referencing and onboarding
Prepare tenancy agreements and coordinate move-ins
Conduct rent reviews in line with current legislation
Manage licence renewals and ensure statutory requirements are met
Carry out property inspections and prepare condition reports
Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and tenant records
Provide regular portfolio updates and reporting to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and external stakeholders
Work closely with property management, maintenance and finance teams to resolve issues efficiently
Maintain a strong understanding of Irish residential lettings legislation and regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities to improve occupancy, customer experience and portfolio performance
Proven experience in residential lettings or property management
PSRA Category C licence - essential
Full clean driving licence and access to your own car - essential
Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and Irish residential property legislation
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Commercially minded and proactive, with a practical approach to problem-solving
Comfortable managing multiple properties, tenants and competing priorities
Strong Excel skills
Experience with property management/lettings systems
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator or Property Manager looking to take on a more senior, commercially focused position within a growing residential property business.
You’ll have significant ownership of your portfolio, work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and play a key role in the successful leasing and management of residential assets across Dublin.
